After leaving the Army in 2000 Lee started his career with a large East Devon corporate Estate Agent managing two local offices before joining Redferns Estate Agents in 2006. He combines the professional drive to succeed with the friendly and personal approach which has proven very successful selling houses in the area. He is a family man and enjoys outdoor activities.
Kylie first started in the Estate Agency industry back in 1997 after leaving college with 3 A levels. She has always enjoyed and thrived in a busy office, so after raising her two boys she couldn't wait to return to it and joined the Redferns team in 2011. After ten years in this industry, she is vital in the running of the office on a daily basis. She is extremely versatile, dealing with everything from the accounts to general admin, along with customer enquiries - she plays an important role in our superb team.
Robert has a wealth of experience in the property sector with a superb attitude to provide the best service for our clients. He is always eager to demonstrate his knowledge and commitment to help customers through what can be a complex and difficult time. He has an eye for attention to detail with a friendly yet professional approach. Rob is a family man and enjoys quality time with his wife and three boys, and has a passion for all sports especially Rugby and Football.
David has over 20 years experience in the industry with a vast knowledge on the different aspects of the property market. He has worked throughout East Devon dealing with residential sales, land, new homes, lettings and is a qualified Energy Surveyor. David loves a challenge and is committed to providing an honest and reliable service. Formally a keen golfer, David held a 2 handicap but decided to pursue a career in Estate Agency. He now enjoys keeping active and spending time with his wife, daughter and his dog Harry.
Ben has been working in Estate Agency across East Devon since 2013 and joined Redferns in 2017. He was born and educated in Sidmouth and has extensive knowledge of the town and surrounding areas. He plays a vital role in the Redferns sales team and his professionalism and customer care has proven to be highly successful. He is a living in Newton Poppleford and a keen sportsman being an avid member of the Sidmouth golf club.
Amanda has a vital role as the head of the lettings department. She always puts the client first and spends time to understand the landlords and tenants needs ensuring an excellent match. She is efficient and highly organised and will always go that extra mile to solve problems, in a friendly and professional manner. In her spare time, she loves spending time with her family and friends and enjoys quality holidays.
Kiera offers a warm welcome to all our clients and has fantastic communication skills. She is a great asset to the team, mainly supporting the lettings department but also has the ability to offer support to the sales team. Kiera lives in Sidmouth and enjoys time with her daughters and socialising with her friends.
