We offer various levels of service to accommodate the differing needs of our clients ranging from an introductory Tenant Find Only service for the more experienced Landlord to a Fully Managed service for complete peace of mind. This ensures that every aspect of the letting process is dealt with efficiently and cost effectively on your behalf. Our staff have been chosen and trained to ensure that all of your letting requirements are handled with care. We are always available for ongoing professional advice.
We offer two services to Landlords and the fees are as follows (including VAT)
Management Service
12% inclusive of VAT at the current rate per month (10% plus VAT). The minimum fee would be £60.00 inc VAT. If the monthly rental amount is £800.00 you will pay a fee of £96.00 pcm inclusive of VAT. NB: Should the letting figure be higher or lower than the example asking price, your commission fee will be correspondingly higher or lower. There is also a nominal charge for the referencing of tenants, the charge is £12.99 plus VAT (£15.59 inc) per tenant.

Let Only Service
14.4% of the value of 6 months rent inclusive of VAT at the current rate (12% plus VAT). If the monthly rental amount is £800.00 you will pay a fee of £691.20 inclusive of VAT. NB: Should the letting figure be higher or lower than the example asking price, your commission fee will be correspondingly higher or lower. There is also a nominal charge for the referencing of tenants, the charge is £12.99 plus VAT (£15.59 inc) per tenant.
